Activities in the sphere of corporate standardization

  • development (renovation) of the corporate standards in the sphere of quality control management and the performance of the quality control management of the Corporation enterprises;
  • maintenance (renovation) of the corporate standards fund in the sphere of quality control management and the performance of the quality control management of the Corporation enterprises;
  • participation in the activities aimed at standardization of the products, related processes (development, manufacturing, testing, application and operation), as well as activities (services);
  • organizing the information support of the Corporation enterprises on the matters of standardization.

Monitoring and quality control

Quality monitoring activities and quality analysis

The monitoring system performs the functions of collecting primary information from the Corporation enterprises, its centralized storage and generating analytic reports.

It is aimed at solving the following tasks:

  • assessment of the availability and efficiency of the QMS of the Corporation enterprises;
  • analysis of the causes and expenses of eliminating the defects of the sections, units and products in general at all stages of its life cycle;
  • assessment of the quality of the materials and components of the products, received by the Corporation enterprises.

Audits direction

Inspections of compliance with the Corporation's requirements in the field of quality carried out by the Corporation enterprises imply conformity assessment activities aimed to provide the evidence that the requirements relating to the processes, systems, staff, products, activity (service) or organization are fulfilled.

Inspections are carried out in order to establish compliance of the inspected Corporation enterprises' QMS with the requirements:

  • State Standard GOST R ISO 9001- 2015, GOST RV 0015-002-2012, AS/EN 9100-2016;
  • legal regulations of the Corporation in the sphere of quality control, internal QMS of the Corporation enterprises;
  • technical standards documentation for the manufactured products and performed activities (servicies);
  • contracts with consumers.
