The main principle of our HR policy is creating and developing an optimum team. Our company strives to develop long-lasting labor relations with each employee.

The major goal of RT-Techpriemka is ensuring efficient input of the staff into the implementation of the current and strategic tasks of the company, on the basis of an employee- friendly working environment.

The outlines of our HR policy is developing professional competence of the employees, improving social and labor relations, supporting a strong corporate culture aimed at achieve common goals, providing social benefits.

The motivation system of the company combines both monetary and non- monetary means aimed to attract and maintain the qualified staff, increasing the employee's engagement. The remuneration system in RT-Techpriemka is defined by the "Decree on remuneration and incentive bonuses of RT-Techpriemka employees"

Social benefits of the company are aimed at ensuring social security of the employees, motivating the employees for a long- term and productive collaboration with the company, and is implemented by granting benefits, guarantees and compensations, medical and recreation services, creating convenient and safe working environment, providing pensions.

Since 2015, RT-Techpriemka has established a system providing employees with corporate support when purchasing residential property, as well as subsidizing a part of the mortgage installments.
